It was situated at Faithlegg Bridge.<\/span><\/h2>\n<h2 style=\"background-color: #ffffff; margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 20px; padding-left: 60px; clear: both; color: #000000; line-height: 1.5em; font-family: Georgia, 'Bitstream Charter', serif; text-align: start;\"><span style=\"background-color: transparent; color: #800080;\">A new school was then built on the old road over the Minaun in 1878 and the children of the area were educated there until 1961 \u2013 when things took a giant leap forward and a school with two classrooms was built on the present site.<\/span><\/h2>\n<h2 style=\"background-color: #ffffff; margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 20px; padding-left: 60px; clear: both; color: #000000; line-height: 1.5em; font-family: Georgia, 'Bitstream Charter', serif; text-align: start;\"><span style=\"background-color: transparent; color: #800080;\">Faithlegg National School continued to grow and flourish with extensions built in 1987, 2009 and 2011.
