This will take place on Wed. 21<sup>st<\/sup>&nbsp;January @ 8pm in the school hall, with additional guest speakers present on the night.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong><em><u>Grandparents Mass\/Day:<\/u><\/em><\/strong>&nbsp;As part of Catholic Schools Week, the mass for grandparents of children in the Sacrament classes (2<sup>nd<\/sup>&nbsp;&amp; 6<sup>th<\/sup>&nbsp;Class) is at 11:30am on Wed. 21<sup>st<\/sup>&nbsp;January, in Faithlegg Church. Grandparents of all the children in those classes are invited to the school after at approx. 12:20pm for tea\/coffee.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong><em><u>Painting\/Spraying<\/u><\/em><\/strong><strong>:&nbsp;<\/strong>The pebble-dash walls at the back of the school will be sprayed\/cleaned over the Easter holidays.<strong><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong><em><u>Code of Behaviour<\/u><\/em><\/strong><strong>:&nbsp;<\/strong>The Board of Management reviewed and ratified the Code of Behaviour.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Board of Management meeting 10\/06\/2025<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Agreed Report<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong><em><u>Sacraments<\/u><\/em><\/strong><strong>:&nbsp;<\/strong>The children, choir, parents, teachers\/staff, and Fr. Breen were all thanked for their contribution in preparing for the recent Communion &amp; Confirmation celebration.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><em><u>Croke Park<\/u><\/em><\/strong><strong>:&nbsp;<\/strong>The Board were informed of the breakdown of compulsory Croke Park hours completed by staff in the school, and the many extra additional hours also carried out.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><em><u>Standardised Tests<\/u><\/em><\/strong><strong>:&nbsp;<\/strong>the overall results of the school versus the national average were presented to the Board, and it was discussed as to how this information will be used to assist our teaching going forward.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><em><u>Class Allocations:<\/u><\/em><\/strong><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong>The Class Allocations were outlined for the next school year. Ms. MacNamara has been appointed on a permanent basis (CID), and interviews will be held for our additional S.E.T\/EAL teacher over the summer.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><em><u>CASWS:<\/u><\/em><\/strong>&nbsp;The school have made an application for upgrade work as part of the Climate Action Summer Works Scheme.<strong><\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><em><u>B\u00ed Cine\u00e1lta:<\/u><\/em><\/strong>&nbsp;Following questionnaire consultation with students, staff &amp; parents, the B\u00ed Cine\u00e1lta policy was approved by the Board for 2025\/26. This will be reviewed annually.&nbsp;<strong><\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><em><u>Parents Association:<\/u><\/em><\/strong>&nbsp;The P.A. and the whole school community were thanked for their contribution &amp; support throughout the entire school year, and particularly during the hectic final term.&nbsp;<strong><\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><em><u>Graduation:<\/u><\/em><\/strong>&nbsp;The Mass &amp; Ceremony for 6<sup>th<\/sup>&nbsp;Class will take place on Mon. 20<sup>th<\/sup>June in the halla. All the outgoing students &amp; families were commended for their great contribution to the school over their time in Faithlegg N.S.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Board of Management Meeting 21\/01\/2025 <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Agreed Report<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022&nbsp;<strong><em>Assistant Principal 2 Vacancy<\/em>:&nbsp;<\/strong>The Board of Management discussed the vacancy, and the process of identifying the Roles &amp; Responsibilities attached to it. This post will be advertised later this week.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022&nbsp;<strong><em>Septic Tank &#8211; Percolation Area<\/em><\/strong><strong>:&nbsp;<\/strong>The school had an issue with the Percolation\/Soak-Away area in November. This was promptly resolved, but an additional long-term solution of connection to the Cheekpoint Sewage Scheme was identified as necessary for the future. Steps towards achieving this recommended solution will be worked on in the meantime.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022&nbsp;<strong><em>Modern Foreign Languages<\/em><\/strong><strong>:&nbsp;<\/strong>The Board were updated on the&nbsp;upcoming French lessons for 3rd&nbsp;\u2013&nbsp;6th&nbsp;Class, as part of the \u2018Say Yes to Languages\u2019 programme. This is in line with the upcoming changes to the new Curriculum.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022&nbsp;<strong><em>Policy Review<\/em><\/strong><strong>:&nbsp;<\/strong>The Board of Management reviewed the English Literacy, Acceptable Usage, and Swimming Policies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Board of Management Meeting 17\/09\/2024<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Agreed Report<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong><em>Child Protection Review<\/em><\/strong><strong>: <\/strong>The Board of Management reviewed and amended the Child Safeguarding Statement and Risk Assessment. This was agreed and approved for the school year ahead.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong><em>Admission Applications<\/em><\/strong><strong>: <\/strong>The window for Junior Infant Admission Applications for 2024\/25 will open on October 1<sup>st<\/sup>, and the deadline for accepting applications is October 31<sup>st<\/sup>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong><em>Music Generation:<\/em><\/strong> After a successful application, Music Generation will provide Ukulele lessons for 3<sup>rd<\/sup> \u2013 6<sup>th<\/sup> Class on Fridays. It is a fantastic opportunity for the children.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong><em>B\u00ed Cine\u00e1lta<\/em><\/strong><strong>: <\/strong>The Board were updated on the recent publication of the B\u00ed Cine\u00e1lta \u2018Procedures to Prevent &amp; Address Bullying.\u2019 It will come into effect for the 2025\/26 school year, and Information Seminars will be provided for staff &amp; parents.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong><em>Communication Policy<\/em>: <\/strong>The Board of Management approved &amp; ratified a new School Communication Policy. The P.A. have been consulted on this, &amp; it will be sent to parents next week.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Board of Management Meeting 16\/04\/2024<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Agreed Report<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong><em>Erasmus Mobility &#8211; Catalonia<\/em><\/strong><strong>: <\/strong>The Board were updated on the success of the mobility to Catalonia last week, and also thanked the staff that accompanying the students.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><em>Erasmus Mobility &#8211; Hosting<\/em><\/strong><strong>: <\/strong>The Board were reminded of the school hosting a return visit from our Catalonian partners. This will be from 20<sup>th<\/sup> \u2013 24<sup>th<\/sup> May, and will involve welcoming the students and teachers to our school to work on activities related to the project throughout the week.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><em>Golf Classic<\/em><\/strong><strong>: <\/strong>The rescheduled Golf Classic, to help fund the Smartboards that were purchased last year, will take place on Friday 26<sup>th<\/sup> April. The Golf Classic Committee were thanked for their continued efforts, and so too were all the sponsors that have already supported it. There is a raffle organised to take place on the night, and parents of the school community are invited to the Golf Club on the night in question for the raffle and a social night.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Solar Panels \u2013 Schools PV Programme<\/strong><strong><em>:<\/em><\/strong> As part of the Schools PV Programme, the school have been approved funding to have Solar Panels installed in the near future.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><em>Internet Safety:<\/em><\/strong> The school have scheduled a visit from a Community Garda to deliver a programme on Internet\/Cyber Safety to the children in the school. This will take place in two weeks\u2019 time.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><em>Water Safety:<\/em><\/strong> Visits from both Water Safety Ireland and the local RNLI Coast Guard have been arranged for the end of April\/beginning of May, to speak to all students.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><em>Induction Day:<\/em><\/strong> The Induction Day for the incoming Junior Infants and their parents has been arranged for Tuesday 30<sup>th<\/sup> April.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><em>Pedestrian Crossing:<\/em><\/strong> The ESB have said they are hoping to connect up the Pedestrian Crossing lights at the beginning of May.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Board of Management Meeting 12\/12\/2023<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Agreed Report<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong><em><u>Junior Infant Enrolment Applications<\/u><\/em><\/strong><strong>:&nbsp;<\/strong>The offers of places for the 2024\/25 school year have been sent out to families, and the remaining applicants have been notified of their respective places on the waiting list.&nbsp;<strong><\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><em><u>Golf Classic Fundraiser<\/u><\/em><\/strong><strong>:&nbsp;<\/strong>Due to poor weather, the Interactive Smartboard Golf Classic fundraiser was postponed to Friday 26<sup>th<\/sup>&nbsp;April. Thanks again to the organising Committee.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><em><u>Gen-Free Charter<\/u><\/em><\/strong><strong>:&nbsp;<\/strong>The data gathered from the sign-up form sent to parents after the October mid-term has been communicated to organisers within the county, and feedback was very positive.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><u>Schools Photovoltaic Programme (Solar Panels)<\/u><\/strong><strong>:&nbsp;<\/strong>Schools within the county have been included in the first phase of the programme. This will potentially fund up to 6 kW of roof-mounted solar PV, including connection to the grid and a monitoring system &amp; display screen for the school.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><em><u>Anti-Bullying Review<\/u><\/em><\/strong><strong>:&nbsp;<\/strong>The Board of Management reviewed and ratified the Anti-Bullying Policy.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><em><u>Parents Association:<\/u><\/em><\/strong>&nbsp;The Board thanked the Parents Association for their work in organising the Halloween Disco, and&nbsp;Faithlegg Hotel were also thanked for providing the venue on the night.&nbsp;<strong><\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><em><u>Christmas Holidays:<\/u><\/em><\/strong>&nbsp;The school will close on Friday 22<sup>nd<\/sup>&nbsp;December at 12pm, &amp; re-open on Monday 8<sup>th<\/sup>&nbsp;January.<strong><\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><em><u>Merry Christmas:<\/u><\/em><\/strong>&nbsp;The Board would like to wish all students, staff and families a very safe and happy Christmas.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Board of Management meeting &nbsp;&nbsp;17\/10\/2023<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Agreed Report<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>The Board of Management thanked the current serving members for their voluntary time and contribution in supporting the school over the past four years.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><em><u>Child Protection Review<\/u><\/em><\/strong><strong>: <\/strong>The Board of Management reviewed and amended the Child Safeguarding Statement and Risk Assessment. Due to the course being closed, the Golf Classic has since been postponed to Friday 26<sup>th<\/sup> April.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><em><u>Erasmus<\/u><\/em><\/strong><strong>: <\/strong>An Information Night for parents of children traveling on the upcoming mobility was held in the school on the 9<sup>th<\/sup> October. There was an update on the ongoing project work, and the proposed staff cover for the week of the mobility.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><em><u>Gen Free Initiative:<\/u><\/em><\/strong> The Board discussed the \u2018Gen Free Initiative,\u2019 which is the result of a collaboration between Waterford primary schools and the children\u2019s charity, Barnardos.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>This is a voluntary initiative for parents, which involves: No smartphones while in primary school; No social media while in primary school and respect the age ratings on video games.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This will be communicated to parents in the coming weeks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Board of Management Meeting 18\/04\/2023<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Agreed Report<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong><em><u>4<sup>th<\/sup> Class Teacher<\/u><\/em><\/strong><strong>: <\/strong>The Board wished Mr. Stone well following his recent appointment. He has replaced Ms. Jones as 4<sup>th<\/sup> Class Teacher for the duration of her maternity leave. &nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><em><u>Erasmus Accreditation<\/u><\/em><\/strong><strong>: <\/strong>The Board were notified of the school\u2019s successful application for Erasmus Accreditation. This will hopefully provide further opportunities to engage with future Erasmus projects.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><em><u>Pedestrian Crossing<\/u><\/em><\/strong><strong>: <\/strong>A recent update from Waterford Council was shared. It has stated that the planned Pedestrian Crossing outside the school will be fully operational by the start of the new school year.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><em><u>Wellbeing Books:<\/u><\/em><\/strong> The recent purchase of a set of books around themes of inclusion, diversity &amp; wellbeing was discussed. These will help highlight the importance of such topics to students.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><em><u>Primary Language Curriculum Day:<\/u><\/em><\/strong> A school closure was outlined for June 2<sup>nd<\/sup>, this facilitates in-school training for staff.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><em><u>Student Council:<\/u><\/em><\/strong> The Student Council, in conjunction with Mrs. Fahy and 6<sup>th<\/sup> Class, were acknowledged for organising and co-ordinating of the recent Easter Egg Hunt in the school.<strong><\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><em><u>Parents Association:<\/u><\/em><\/strong> The Board thanked the Parents Association for their contribution to gymnastics with Tanya, and their efforts in organising the recent Table Quiz and Easter Raffle. Those who donated prizes &amp; took part were also thanked. <strong><\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><em><u>Faithlegg House Hotel \u2013<\/u><\/em><\/strong><strong><em><u> <\/u><\/em><\/strong><strong><em><u>GAA Jerseys &amp; Kit:<\/u><\/em><\/strong> The Board were presented with the new set of GAA jerseys, socks &amp; shorts, which were kindly sponsored by Faithlegg House Hotel. Their continued support is much appreciated by all.<strong><\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><em><u>Code of Behaviour<\/u><\/em><\/strong><strong>: <\/strong>The school\u2019s Code of Behaviour was reviewed &amp; approved by the Board.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Board of Management Meeting 08\/02\/2023<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Agreed Report<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong><em><u>Condolences<\/u><\/em><\/strong>: On behalf of the whole&nbsp;school community (the Board, staff and students) we offered our condolences to a current&nbsp;board member,&nbsp; past teacher &amp; vice principal&nbsp;Elizabeth Ferguson on the recent death of her husband&nbsp;Edward.  May he Rest in Peace.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong><em><u>Primary Language Curriculum<\/u><\/em><\/strong><strong>:&nbsp;<\/strong>The Board were updated on the recent in-service PDST Primary Language Curriculum support day.&nbsp;&nbsp;<strong><\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><em><u>Student Council<\/u><\/em><\/strong><strong>:&nbsp;<\/strong>The Student Council and the 6<sup>th<\/sup>&nbsp;Class students were thanked for their help in running a \u2018Christmas Day\u2019 for other classes in the school in December.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><em><u>Credit Union Quiz<\/u><\/em><\/strong><strong>:&nbsp;<\/strong>The Board acknowledged all those who took part in the Credit Union quiz, and congratulated our winning team. All those who represented the school in the Munster Swimming Gala were also commended.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><em><u>Quiet Room<\/u><\/em><\/strong><strong>:&nbsp;<\/strong>Our new Quiet Room\/Relaxation Room has been completed in the school, and is now ready for use. Consent will be sought from the parent\/guardian of any child that may use the room.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><em><u>Parents Association:<\/u><\/em><\/strong>&nbsp;The Board thanked the Parents Association for their contribution towards the ongoing swimming lessons in&nbsp;Faithlegg Hotel.&nbsp;<strong><\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><em><u>Mass with Grandparents:<\/u><\/em><\/strong>&nbsp;Fr. Breen &amp; all the grandparents were thanked for the recent \u2018Mass with Grandparents\u2019 that took place as part of Catholic Schools Week. All agreed it was a lovely occasion, and one we hope to continue in the future.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Board of Management Meeting 06\/12\/2022<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:30px\"><strong>Agreed Report<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong><em><u>Anti-Bullying Review<\/u><\/em><\/strong><strong>:&nbsp;<\/strong>The Board of Management approved the new Anti-Bullying Policy, which will be uploaded and available on the school website.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><em><u>Admissions Statement<\/u><\/em><\/strong><strong>:&nbsp;<\/strong>The Board made subsequent changes to our Admission Statement, following the recent mandatory&nbsp;Commencement of the Education Act 2022 (Provision in respect of Children with SEN).&nbsp;<strong><\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><em><u>Interactive Screens\/Whiteboards<\/u><\/em><\/strong><strong>:&nbsp;<\/strong>As recommended, two new 75\u201d ActivPanels were installed in 5<sup>th<\/sup>&nbsp;&amp; 6<sup>th<\/sup>&nbsp;Class. It was agreed that they are a fantastic resource, and the aim is to equip other classes with them in the future with the support of the P.A.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><em><u>Junior Infant Enrolment Applications<\/u><\/em><\/strong><strong>:&nbsp;<\/strong>The offers of places for the 2023\/24 school year have been sent out to families, and the remaining applicants have been notified of their respective places on the waiting list.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><em><u>Relaxation\/Quiet Room<\/u><\/em><\/strong><strong>:&nbsp;<\/strong>A Relaxation\/Quiet room has been created &amp; equipped in the school, and will be available for use in the new year. It was agreed that it has been a fantastic opportunity and learning experience for all students involved. <strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><em>Fibre Wifi<\/em><\/strong><strong>: <\/strong>The Board received an update from the Dept. of Education\u2019s Broadband section. The school is scheduled to be connected to the newly available fibre broadband in the area in the near future.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Parents Association:<\/em><\/strong> Claire Coleman was thanked for her contribution and efforts throughout her term as Chairperson of the Parents Association. The children, staff, parents and local community were recognised for their generosity and hospitality. After the easing of restrictions on February 28<sup>th<\/sup>, hand sanitising is still ongoing in the school, masks are no longer a requirement but many are still choosing to wear them, and windows and doors are still being opened to allow for ventilation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022&nbsp;<strong>Break times<\/strong>: Staggered break times are still currently in place in the school (junior &amp; senior), and staff will review this after Easter.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022&nbsp;<strong>Erasmus<\/strong>: Staff were thanked for their additional work and commitment in planning &amp; preparing for the recent Erasmus trip to Spain. Pedestrian Crossing<\/strong>: The E.S.B. have had to alter original plans to supply power to the pedestrian crossing near the school gate, by changing a wooden pole to a steel pole. As a result, there will be a delay as the design plans are changed.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022&nbsp;<strong>School Phone<\/strong>:&nbsp;The Board approved the retention of a school mobile phone, which was used on a trial basis for the recent Erasmus trip. They were really impressed with the school garden, and the children from whom they received a warm welcome.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><em>iPads<\/em><\/strong><strong>: <\/strong>10 new iPads have been purchased for the school, to be used specifically for Learning Support.<strong> <\/strong>The Board thanked the Parents\u2019 Association for their contribution to the purchase of these.<strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><em>Library<\/em><\/strong><strong>: <\/strong>the Board acknowledged the work by those involved in getting the School Library up and running again.<strong> <\/strong>Thanks to the 6<sup>th<\/sup> Class students who have helped with this. The children have really enjoyed visiting the library in their pods, particularly the younger children who may not have had the chance before. We look forward to welcoming parental involvement back with the library as soon as permitted.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><em>Internet Safety<\/em><\/strong><strong>: <\/strong>the Board of Management have agreed to fund the Internet Safety talks\/lessons, which will be given by Zeeko, from 3<sup>rd<\/sup>-6<sup>th<\/sup> Class at the end of March.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><em>Uniforms:<\/em><\/strong> After much consideration and a lengthy discussion, the Board of Management decided to maintain the current arrangement of uniform&nbsp;and tracksuit in the school. Junior and Senior Infants will&nbsp;continue to be permitted to wear the school tracksuit for the school week, and 1<sup>st<\/sup> \u2013 6<sup>th<\/sup> Class will continue with the \u20183 and 2\u2019 schedule currently in place \u2013 3 days uniform (Mon \u2013 Wed), and 2 days tracksuit (Thurs &amp; Friday).<br>In the interest of cost effectiveness and the ever increasing cost of living, the Board of Management undertook&nbsp;a price analysis,&nbsp;and each tracksuit quoted cost considerably more than that of available uniforms.&nbsp;The tracksuit only, as proposed by some parents,&nbsp; would prove to be&nbsp;an expensive &amp; unfair burden. It was also agreed that the school crest is not a requirement on the school uniform &amp;\/or tracksuit.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><em>First-Aid<\/em><\/strong><strong>: <\/strong>the staff will receive a First-Aid talk in the coming weeks.<strong> <\/strong>A group of staff members have also volunteered to undertake a certified 4-hour CFR Course on a Saturday morning in the next month. The garden will be located to the front of the school near the greenhouse. Malachy Doherty has agreed to assist with the design and advise on which plant and flowers would be suitable. Malachy has also arranged sponsorship for 100 euro worth of bulbs from the Glanbia CountryLife store in Dungarvan where he works.
