- Brain Calm is a programme that helps assist children with sensory needs. It can help children who are struggling with behaviour; have difficulty regulating emotions; and children who are dealing with anxiety. Brenda Cassidy, the creator of Brain Calm will be posting a tutorial every day over the next few weeks. The first tutorial can be seen here.
